PDPA implementation, turnkey: your whole programme, done with you
A turnkey PDPA implementation puts every part of the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) in place for you, from the first gap assessment to trained staff and working records. A turnkey project suits organisations starting from scratch or tidying up years of patchwork. You end ready for a Data Protection Trustmark (DPTM) audit if you want one.

Common questions
What does a turnkey PDPA implementation include?
Everything the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) expects you to have: a named data protection officer, policies, notices, consent, access and correction procedures, retention rules, vendor clauses, a breach plan, trained staff and records. We build each one with your team.
How long does a PDPA implementation take?
The time depends on how much personal data you hold, how many systems and vendors touch it, and how fast your team can review drafts. We set the dates in the proposal after a short scoping call. Tell us your scope in 5 minutes and you get a fixed-fee proposal within 2 working days: Scope your project
Do we need DPTM certification after this?
No, it is your choice. The implementation puts the PDPA’s requirements in place. DPTM certification adds an independent audit and a certificate you can show customers. Some clients go for DPTM; others do not need it.
How much does a turnkey PDPA project cost?
The fee follows the scope: staff, sites, systems and vendors that handle personal data, and what already exists. You get a fixed-fee proposal after a short scoping call. Government grants may cover part of the cost. We check at your first call. Tell us your scope in 5 minutes and you get a fixed-fee proposal within 2 working days: Scope your project

Appointing a managing agent does not transfer the MCST's own accountability: it still needs its own DPO, policies and security arrangements covering data the agent processes.
