Cyber resilience training: induction, then regular refreshers

Scams and attack methods keep changing, so one session is not enough. Cyber resilience training gives every new joiner a security induction, then refreshes all staff half-yearly or yearly on the threats now in circulation. You keep a training record that shows the programme runs.

Common questions

How is this different from cyber hygiene basics?

Cyber hygiene basics is a one-off session that builds everyday habits. Cyber resilience training is an ongoing programme: an induction for each new joiner, then half-yearly or yearly refreshers on new threats. Choose either, or both.

Half-yearly or yearly: which should we choose?

Yearly suits stable teams with lower risk. Half-yearly suits teams that handle payments or sensitive data, hire often, or had a recent incident. We help you decide at the first call.

What does a refresher cover?

What changed since the last session: new scam types, recent incidents in your sector, lessons from your own phishing test, and any new systems or rules in your business.

Does this help with certification audits?

Yes. The Cyber Essentials mark, the Cyber Trust mark and ISO/IEC 27001 all expect staff security awareness. A dated record for each staff member is evidence an auditor can check.

Training is delivered by qualified adult educators (ACLP and DACE), issued by the Institute for Adult Learning.
