Which course should we start with?
Most organisations start with PDPA fundamentals for all staff and cyber hygiene for anyone using email. Managers add breach preparedness exercises; directors and councils take the board briefing.
Do you train on site or online?
Both. We run sessions at your office, clinic or condominium, or live online, and fit the length and examples to your team.
Who are the trainers?
Trainers certified in adult learning, holding the Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) and the Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE).
Do staff get a record of training?
Yes. You get an attendance record for each session: evidence that you tell staff about your data protection policies, as the PDPA requires.
